2. On-Ground Event Management:

Our event team handled the evening's logistics and flow with professionalism:

● Coordination of vendor teams for setup and teardown

● Supervision of all fabrication and installation on-site

● Liaising with hotel staff for seamless execution

● Real-time troubleshooting and show control during the event
