The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), established in 1999, is the apex body representing private real estate developers in India. With over 13,000 member developers spread across 230 city chapters in 21 states, CREDAI has played a defining role in shaping India’s real estate narrative. For the past 25 years, it has been at the forefront of policy advocacy, housing reforms, and developer representation, contributing significantly to the sector’s transformation.

Our Role
We were entrusted with the entire creative design mandate for the event, covering both physical and digital assets:
● Event Backdrops: Created visually striking main stage and support backdrops in alignment with CREDAI’s identity and the event’s purpose.
● Standees: Designed welcome standees for the chief guest and other dignitaries, along with branding standees placed strategically across the venue.
● Digital Screen Content: Delivered motion-ready digital screen content to enhance the event environment.
● Podium Design: Conceptualized and fabricated a branded podium to ensure a unified look and feel on stage.
● Manifesto Design: Developed a comprehensive and visually engaging 40-page manifesto that highlighted CREDAI’s achievements, policy positions, and vision for the future.
● Teaser Video – NATCON 25: Produced a high-impact teaser video for their upcoming event, NATCON 25, which was unveiled during the meeting to build anticipation for CREDAI’s upcoming international convention.
Outcome & Impact
● Created a strong and immersive brand presence across all touchpoints of the General Council Meeting.
● The NATCON 25 teaser video generated excitement among attendees and set a clear tone for CREDAI’s future direction.
● The overall visual execution elevated the event’s professionalism and prestige, strengthening CREDAI’s image as a progressive and well-organized body.
