About CREDAI
CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India) is the apex body representing India's private real estate developers, with over 13,000 members and a presence across more than 200 city chapters nationwide. Since its founding in 1999, CREDAI has worked to organise a fragmented industry, championing self-regulation, transparency, and ethical practices while safeguarding home buyer interests.
Over 25 years, CREDAI has played a defining role in shaping policy, including its involvement in the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA) and GST reforms, while driving initiatives in worker skilling, women's leadership, and sustainable construction. Today, the organisation stands as one of the most influential voices in India's real estate and urban development story.
Event Overview
CREDAI commissioned a 13-minute journey video to commemorate 25 years of impact on the Indian real estate sector. The film traces the organisation's founding, its role in shaping landmark policy reforms, and its ongoing commitment to sustainability & worker welfare.
The video needed to capture a quarter-century of history while making a strong case for CREDAI's continued relevance to members, government stakeholders, and the wider industry.
The Challenge
For this milestone project, CREDAI needed a film that would:
- Condense 25 years of institutional history into a compelling, watchable narrative.
- Reflect the scale and gravitas of the organisation.
- Maintain an emotional, inspiring tone suited to a silver jubilee celebration.
CREDAI partnered with Rishiraj Media to conceptualise, script, and produce this anniversary film from the ground up.
Our Approach
Rishiraj Media's video production team worked closely with CREDAI to shape a narrative that moved seamlessly between history, testimony, and vision.
1. Narrative Structure
We built the film as a journey, starting with CREDAI's founding moment in 1999 and moving chronologically through its growth, its policy milestones, and its outlook for the next 25 years. This structure gave the film a clear arc, opening with the challenges of an unorganised market and closing with a confident vision for a trillion-dollar industry.
2. Founder and Leadership Interviews
We integrated first-person testimony from CREDAI's founding leadership to give the film authenticity and emotional weight. These interviews anchored the historical milestones in real voices, making the organisation's journey feel personal rather than purely statistical.
3. Tone and Pacing
The film was paced to build momentum, moving from origin story to national impact to future vision, closing on the organisation's rallying line, "Credai hai to bharosa hai," to leave audiences with a strong emotional takeaway.
Results
- The film successfully condensed 25 years of institutional history into a cohesive, engaging narrative.
- Founder testimonials added credibility and emotional resonance to the milestones covered.
- The video positioned CREDAI's silver jubilee as both a celebration of its past and a statement of intent for its future.
- The format was well-suited for use across CREDAI's official events, member communications, and digital platforms.
Conclusion
This project demonstrates Rishiraj Media's ability to handle long-format institutional storytelling at scale, from scripting and interview integration to pacing and final edit. By translating 25 years of CREDAI's history into a compelling visual narrative, we helped the organisation mark its silver jubilee with a film worthy of its legacy and its ambitions for the future.
